Open Locals, go to Me, tap Delete my data, then tap again. Everything about you on our server is deleted at once, and so are your words, notes and streak on the phone. If you signed in with Apple, the Sign in with Apple token is revoked too.
No longer have the app? If you signed in with Apple or Google, install it again and sign in with the same account: you are back in your account, and can delete it as above.
Write to team@sixlayerstudios.com with the subject “Delete my data”, and say:
We don't keep email addresses, only the account id Apple or Google gives us, so we may write back to work out with you which data is yours. We tell you when it is deleted.
If you never signed in and no longer have the app, what our server has is tied only to a random id that was on your phone, so we can't tell which data is yours.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, for 30 days after you delete we keep a scrambled (SHA-256) form of that account's id, with which mails and lives you were given (their day and language) and which mails you answered. If you sign in with that account again in that time, you carry on from there, and the same answers can't be graded twice. Then it is deleted. Answers already sent for grading can stay with OpenRouter for up to 30 days.
